Fred Phelps’ New Signs
In Baltimore today, a jury awarded nearly $11MM to the father of a Marine killed in Iraq in a verdict against the Westboro Church, whose members protested at the Marine’s funeral with signs that read, “Thank God For Dead Soldiers” and other similarly inspired invective. The church, led by Fred Phelps, believes that God is angrily slaying Americans due to our tolerance of homosexuality. In addition to heading-up the church, Phelps has also sired most of the congregation.

Yes, so much pain the day of the funeral…that it didn’t hit until the next day - and really hit during the trial.
It appears the Phelps & church have about 1 million in assets.

On the days of the trials, with the now seen closeup video from the news, YES, ok, sure. Way to go.
I think that’s great the NEWS brought so much sorrow to Daddy. Isn’t that just spectacular. I also love the fact that the protests that were 1,000 feet away, so far that Daddy couldn’t even imagine trying to read the signs, or hear the words, WERE PLAYED WITH CLOSEUP VIDEO FOR HIM AND HIS FAMILY AND JURORS IN COURT, SEARING THE STINGING HATEFUL WORDS INTO HIS THEN WEEPING EYES.

Couldnt have happened to a better group of idiots. If they insist on waving “God hates Fags” signs saddle up and do it in San Francisco. They went after the families of soldiers in the belief that they would shake thier heads and walk away. As a vet I can say “God Hates Westboro Church” and his existence was just proved!!
