Cindy Sheehan’s Prose

“There is a rhythm and tempo in her prose which recalls the great epic writers of Greece. When she writes: ‘I am the mother of a son killed in Iraq; you are the mother of the man who killed him,’ it is almost hendecasyllabic [the classical poetic metre]. She has a gift of candour and directness and epic simplicity - Cindy may not know it but she is a born writer.”

-Dario Fo, Nobel Laureate and Author of “Peace Mom,” based on Cindy Sheehan’s Life.

“And I’m gonna say, ‘And you tell me, what the noble cause is that my son died for.’ And if he even starts to say freedom and democracy’ I’m gonna say, bullshit.”

-Cindy Sheehan

She is a media whore. And she is disgusting for using her son’s good name for cheap political tricks. Sick

Sheehan didn;t lose her son, in fact Casey lost his mother. You’ll know what I mean.

If you don’t like what she says, don’t listen. In the meantime there are lots of people who want to hear what she has to say. If she wasn’t carping, some other opportunist would spit it out.
Either way you feel, disgusted or supportive, you’re an idiot if you’re moved by what she says.

Cindy Sheehan is a blatant opportunist who gives her audience what they want. If she wasn’t carping, some other would-be activist would take her spot in a second. If you’re moved either way by her, whether it’s toward disgust or support, you’re a moron.

Well, Hector, which is it? Are we morons or idiots? You’re so spitting mad over this that you’re sputtering all over my blog. Now go away.
