Bush Takes Time Out From Stealing Oil, Killing Arab Babies To Wreak Havoc At Home
President Bush shifted his focus squarely back to domestic policy this week when he used his formidable influence to cause a bridge collapse in Minnesota.
“The president feels he has spent a bit too much time and effort on his foreign initiatives as of late,” said White House spokesman Tony Snow. “That isn’t to say that there aren’t still plenty of Arabs that need killing or that billions of gallons of crude oil somehow no longer require stealing. This merely represents an effort to remind people that we have domestic initiatives as well. This is not a one-note Presidency.”
Ever since the Bush administration’s successful spawning of Hurricane Katrina a few years back, they have struggled to regain their domestic form, a point Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi was quick to point out.
“I’ll admit that Hurricane Katrina was a master stroke for the Bushies,” said Pelosi. “Particularly how Karl Rove got in there ahead of the storm and slashed those school bus tires. But what have they accomplished domestically since then? Sure the record amounts of snowfall in the northeast were pretty impressive last year, but when you get right down to it, it’s just snow. Now this bridge collapse seems like a pathetic attempt at recapturing old glories. Hell, the Kennedy family has a higher kill count than this entire ‘disaster’.”
Snow offered a curt response to the criticism.
“Maybe Ms. Pelosi should be more worried about sporting a face with a 7,500 year half-life than constantly criticizing this administration without offering any alternative natural disasters of her own. And Barney Frank does not count.”

Well that explains the earthquake we had here in Western North Carolina this morning and another example of Bush’s failed presidency…..it was only a 2.8!
Bush has also done very well with all of his fires in the west.
